These terms apply to your use of autoconnectors.com.au and to any order you place with us.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Fitment information

While every effort is made to ensure fitment information is correct, it is provided to assist in identifying the correct connectors for your vehicle and, unless otherwise stated, assumes your vehicle is in its standard form and unmodified.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the connectors are correct by checking them against the detailed photos in the product listing.

If you are not sure, contact us before you order. Send us a photo and we will help you identify what you need.

2. Our products and brand names

Unless stated in the product listing, our products are quality aftermarket replacement parts and not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products.

Any OEM brand names or part numbers are used as reference and for compatibility only. Our parts are not endorsed by, or connected to, the OEM manufacturers.

This includes references to Bosch, Denso, Sumitomo, TE Connectivity, Delphi, Molex, Yazaki, Deutsch and any other manufacturer named on this site. Where a product is described as "Bosch style" or similar, this describes the connector type and what it fits. It does not mean the part is made by or supplied by that manufacturer.

3. Orders and payment

Payment methods. We accept credit cards and PayPal through Shopify Payments, and Afterpay.

Currency. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

When your order is confirmed. Your order is final once we print your shipping label. Before that point, contact us if you need to change or cancel it.

Order acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order in the case of:

  • Pricing errors
  • Inaccuracies in a product description
  • Stock shortages
  • Suspected fraud

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Pricing errors. If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the incorrect price.

Minimum orders. There is no minimum order value or quantity.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping timeframes, costs and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5. Trade customers

To be eligible for trade pricing, you must own, operate or work in a registered automotive workshop.

Trade pricing is for your own workshop use. Trade customers must not supply products to retail customers at trade prices.

We do not offer credit accounts. All orders are paid in full at the time of purchase.

6. Using this website

Age. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Accounts. You can create an account or check out as a guest.

Content and images. All website images, data, specifications and content remain the property of Automotive Connector Experts and may not be reproduced without written permission.

This includes our product photography, which we produce ourselves and which represents a significant investment.

Acceptable use. You may not scrape, copy, republish or otherwise misuse the content of this site, or use it in any way that interferes with its operation.

7. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as set out above:

  • Our liability for any product is limited to the cost of that product
  • We are not liable for labour, diagnosis, reinstallation or consequential costs
  • We are not liable for loss arising from incorrect installation, use of incorrect tools, or use of a product in an application it was not identified for

9. If something goes wrong

If you have a problem with an order or a product, please contact us first. We would much rather sort it out directly and quickly.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.

The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last updated.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
